Rendy took a pic of me doing squats. He said he wants to take another picture of me doing another exercise the next time. hahahaha. L-A-M-E! :p
Just look at my face.. I was having a tough time lor! The stupid dumbell so heavy!!!!
Gym was pretty fun today though Rendy increased the intensity coz mum followed me there to workout too =) gonna get her a pair of proper sport shoes. I wanna get a new pair too!
